The Coronavirus after one year in Pakistan has increased to an alarming amount; though the vaccine has reached Pakistan the process of receiving it is too slow. As of now, only individuals above 70s are allowed to receive the covid-19 Vaccine. Though, the government once again has decided to shut down the educational institution.
Many would think that the Pakistani people are insane or to be more precise the educated youth as they are asking for the reopening of the educational institutions. And the same you will encounter in this episode of Aam Olas that the students are asking for resuming of the educational institutions with stick SOPs. Their main objection is that all the institutions are running except for education.
Markets are open, the wedding halls are operating 24/7, and wedding ceremonies are taking place without following any SOPs. Moreover in case of the educational institution and to be explicit the universities they have started a new trend as the whole year they take online classes and when the exams are about to start they re-opens the university and takes exams on-campus and guess what the governments allow them and when the exams are over, then again universities are shut down and online classes resume.
So there are some questions that students want it to be cleared like; does the covid-19 only targets the educational institution and secondly why is it, that whenever the exams are about to be taken the covid-19 vanishes and as soon the exams are over it takes over the higher educational institution again. Don’t know why but it’s fascinating.
